Getting Started
In our comfortable, relaxing environment, our dental team is ready to warmly welcome you. We’ll ask you to fill out a brief form. You can sit in our waiting area and read a magazine or a newspaper if there’s a short wait. Children have their own play area with toys that keep them busy.
The process for your first visit varies depending on what you’ve scheduled for. An examination with modern equipment is the first step, with any X-rays taken that are needed to understand your oral health. Then, we’ll show you the photos we take, pointing out any areas of notice, and proceed with your chosen service.
We’ll go over any future treatment you need, detailing your options and making sure you get scheduled for any other appointments necessary.
Dental Health Funds
We welcome all health funds and have HICAPS on-site for immediate processing. We’re providers with Medibank Private, Bupa, Westfund, CBHS, Defence, Veteran Affairs and Medicare (Child Dental Benefit Scheme).
